The licence is solid, but the operator is young. DolceTech Limited was registered in 2025 and the licence issued that May, even though the footer’s copyright line starts in 2018. SapphireBet runs on a white-label platform used by several international brands, which explains the euro-based bonuses and generic help articles, and it has almost no search interest or player history in Malaysia yet.
