The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register of online licences, in the list dated 30 October 2026, shows Caecus N.V. (company number 163779) holding B2C licence OGL/2024/1262/0493 with no end date, the same standing as Melbet’s operator. Caecus N.V. doesn’t appear on the authority’s enforcement register.
One flag: the Malaysian mirror itself shows no licence number, seal or validator link, and parts of its terms still refer to the old “Curaçao eGaming” master licence. We confirmed the licence through the register, not the site.
